Park Essaada, La Marsa

Google maps: 36°52'48"N 10°19'46"E

Park Essaada is located in the heart of La Marsa. The park involves the landscaping of the area around the Essaada Palace, a former presidential residence whose grounds are now set aside for use by the local population. Preservation of the existing natural heritage on the nine-hectare site has been a main concern, while leisure facilities, such as a children's playground, a mini-golf course, health club, a theatre and a cultural retreat have been added.

Although the reconstruction of the park was finished recently, in 2002, already since 2008 does not operate many of the attractions of its infrastructure. Currently are available:
original (quite outdated and unkempt) children's playground, ruins of the original mini-zoo, tennis courts and the newly built children's attractions (carousel, bouncy castle, etc.).

Tenis courts

In the park there are four clay maintained tennis courts.
